WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If the item is damaged upon arrival, you may request a partial refund. However, if it is a custom product you may not be eligible for a refund as it is difficult to resell custom items.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
I can however shipping costs could be higher.
WHAT KIND OF YARN DO YOU USE?
My favorite is Bernat Baby yarn or Loops & Threads chenille yarn. I have started ordering yarn online and have grown very fond of Juicy Couture luxe velour yarn, Himalayan Dolphin Baby yarn and, premier chenille yarns.
HOW LONG DO ORDERS USUALLY TAKE TO COMPLETE?
Depending on the influx of orders I could have a simple order done in 2 weeks or a more complex and detailed order done in a matter of 3 months. Depends on the details of the order.
