Please read and re-read carefully

I put a part of myself in every piece I make. I take great pride in my work, and I am confident that you will love anything you purchase from me. However, if there is a problem with your purchased item upon arrival, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. We can work together on getting you a partial refund. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to contact me about a refund. Please provide adequate information showing that the issue is the result of my fault and not because your pet damaged it or you accidentally cut it while opening the parcel. I understand that sometimes things happen in mail transit, and life can get in the way of preserving the things we cherish. However, many of my items are custom-made, making it difficult for me to resell them.
